Mittal Food Products is out on Zira Dhaleke Road. If you are looking for us, we are near the theatre. It’s a pretty easy spot to find. We’ve been running this food processing unit for quite some time. We deal with various local products, mostly things grown around here. The building isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional place where we get the work done. We don’t have a big staff. It’s mostly family and a few local guys who help with the heavy lifting. The machines are a bit old, but they work fine as long as we keep them greased. We don’t really do any promotion. Most of our business comes from people who live in the area or traders who have known us for years. The road can get a bit rough during the monsoon, making it hard for the trucks to pull in. We spend our days checking the quality of the grains and packing them into bags. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we know. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. We just have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the records. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat while we are working. It’s a quiet life in Zira. We aren't trying to grow into some huge brand. We just want to keep things running smoothly and honestly for our local customers.
