Out on Moga Road, our school sits right where everyone can see it. It’s a familiar sight for people living in Moga. The building is big and sturdy, the kind you expect for a public school. Every morning, the road gets busy with buses and parents on motorcycles bringing their kids to the gate. We have a big playground in the back. It’s mostly dirt and grass, but the kids love it for their football and cricket games during the break. Inside, the hallways are wide and the classrooms have high ceilings. We keep things pretty traditional here. There are blackboards, wooden desks that have been used by many students over the years, and stacks of notebooks everywhere. The teachers are regular folks from around town who just want to see these kids do well. We don't go in for fancy speeches or those modern teaching gadgets that cost too much. We stick to the books and the lessons. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud in the summer heat, but nobody complains much. It’s a busy life running a school like Dav Krb Public School. We are just a local institution trying to keep things running smoothly for the families in our part of Moga. There is always a lot of paperwork on the principal's desk and a bit of dust in the corners, but it feels like home.
