We started Sportive Developers (Opc) Private Limited to handle development work here in Mirzapur. Our main base is at 559, Paramapur Tedhva An0, right in Paramapur. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Being in Uttar Pradesh, there is always some kind of project to look at. We aren't a huge team, which lets us keep things pretty simple and direct. When you call or stop by, you’re usually talking to the same few people every time. We spend our days looking at sites and making sure the development side of things is moving along. Paramapur is a decent place to be based out of. It’s not as loud as the bigger cities, so we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't bother with a lot of the fancy talk you see in brochures. We just do the work. If a wall needs building or a plot needs clearing, we get on with it. It’s practical, honest work. Sometimes the sun is hot and the days are long, but that’s just part of the job. We’ve been around Mirzapur long enough to know how things work here. We just want to do our part and keep the business running. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but seeing a project actually get finished makes it worth it. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living and do a good job.
