We are Vindhyasarthak GREEN CITY Pvt.ltd., based right here on Anghar Road in Mirzapur. Our office is quite close to the BSNL office, which is how most people find their way to us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land and property matters in the local area. It’s not always easy work because paperwork can be slow and there are always many details to check. We aren't some big corporate developer from a major city. We’re just local people who know Mirzapur and the land around it. Usually, the office is a bit messy with maps and registration documents spread across the tables. We talk to a lot of farmers and residents every day about plots and boundaries. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day looking at sites, and other days we are stuck inside doing the filing. It’s a bit of a mix. We don't have a polished sales team or anything like that. When someone comes in, they usually sit down with us, and we just show them what is available on the map. We’ve been around for a while now, so we've seen how the town is growing toward the outskirts. It’s steady work. We just try to make sure everything is legal and clear so no one has trouble later on.
