Our business is located at Geeta Kutir in Shiwala Mahant. It’s a bit of an older building, which gives it some character, though the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. It’s where everything happens, from the initial planning to the final packing. We don’t have any other branches, just this one place where we all gather every morning. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, but we still make sure the work gets finished on time. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. The rooms are filled with samples and old files, showing how long we’ve been at this. It’s a bit of a maze inside if you don't know your way around. We handle a lot of different things, mostly focused on the international market, which keeps us on our toes. There are no corporate handbooks here; we just learn as we go and help each other out when things get complicated. It’s a modest way to run things, but it’s worked for us so far. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand.
