It is a very local setup. Mirzapur is a place where you really have to know the layout of the villages to get around. We are involved in building and heights, as the name suggests. Most of our days are spent traveling between the village and different sites. It’s not like a big city office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we keep our records and meet with people from the community. Majhiyar is a quiet place most of the time. We’ve grown up around here, so we know the soil and the way things work in this part of the country. We don't use much big talk. We just focus on the construction work at hand. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time on the narrow roads, but we manage to get the materials where they need to go. It’s a practical life. We have a lot of respect for the land here. Being in Mirzapur means dealing with different seasons and we’ve learned how to work through all of them. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. We don't have a big team, just enough people to get the work done right. That's how we like it.
