S. N. Public School

Over in Chetganj, on Muzaffarganj Road, you’ll find S. N. Public School. Mirzapur isn't a very fast-paced place, and we like it that way. Our school is a big part of the local neighborhood. You can find us at 231001, right where the road gets a bit narrow. The building is older, with thick walls that help a bit with the heat during the peak of summer. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology, just the usual stuff like books, benches, and a bit of open space for the kids to run around during lunch. Every morning, the streets around Chetganj are full of cycles and people walking to work or school. We hear the sounds of the town all day long. It’s not a quiet place, but it feels like home to us. The teachers here have been around for a long time, and they know most of the parents by name. We don't put on a show for anyone. What you see is what you get. We focus on the lessons and making sure the kids understand their math and science. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just open the windows and keep going. It’s just how things are in Mirzapur. We’re proud to be on Muzaffarganj Road, serving the families who live nearby. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and that’s what matters to us at the end of the day.
