We operate out of Mirzapur, specifically at Gaivighat Imambara. We are located at the address of Sarita Srivastava. Mirzapur has a very distinct feel to it, especially around the older parts of town like Gaivighat. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, though it can be a bit drafty when the weather changes. Being near the Imambara means there is always something going on nearby, and it’s a very recognizable landmark for anyone trying to find us. We don't have a modern corporate office setup. Instead, we have a few rooms with basic furniture where we sit and discuss our development projects. It's the kind of place where people just walk in to say hello or ask a question without needing an appointment. We spend our days looking over site details and talking to local laborers. The pace here in Mirzapur is a bit slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. It allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions. There’s a lot of history in the streets around here, and it feels right to be doing our building and development work in such a traditional setting. We keep our records in physical ledgers mostly, though we do have a computer for the essentials. It’s a very straightforward and honest way to run a business in this part of the world.
