Brijeshtech Organic Agri Farm & Industry Private Limited is located in Padariyakala, Mirzapur. The company is run by Birjesh Kumar Ray and we operate right from here in the village. Mirzapur is known for many things but we are focused on the organic side of agriculture. We have been working the land and trying to integrate some industry ideas into the farming process. It is a bit of a mix between old-school farming and new ways of processing what we grow. The address is simple enough to find if you are in the area. We have our fields and a small area where we handle the post-harvest stuff. It’s a lot of manual work and we don't have many fancy machines yet. We mostly grow things without the usual chemicals which means more weeding and more physical labor. Birjesh handles the main decisions but we all pitch in with the daily chores. Sometimes it gets stressful when the weather changes suddenly or the crops don't grow as we expected. That is part of the life here. We are trying to build something that lasts and provides work for people in Padariyakala. It is not a corporate setup at all. We are just local people working in the dirt and trying to sell what we produce. We take it slow and try to learn something new every season. It takes patience to do this kind of organic farming correctly and we are getting used to the rhythm of it.
