At No. 57 Awas Vikas Colony, you will find Ganpati Computer Sales & Services. We have been working from this location for a while now. Most of our work involves fixing laptops that have slowed down or desktops that won't boot up. We also sell some new parts, like keyboards or mouses, when people need them. The colony is usually peaceful, so it’s a good place to work on delicate electronics. We have a couple of workbenches covered in screws and screwdrivers. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and the customer has to wait a few days, which we don't like, but we try to be honest about it. We aren't like those big service centers in the malls. We talk to people directly and explain what’s wrong without using too many big technical words. It’s just me and a technician most of the time. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for software to install or for parts to arrive from the main city. It’s a small setup at No. 57, and we like it that way. People from the nearby houses often drop in just to ask a quick question about their home Wi-Fi or a printer problem. We do what we can to help them out. It’s a steady life here in Awas Vikas Colony.
