Ashoka Technical Services

We are located out in Kota Basti, which is part of Shakti Nagar in the Sonbhadra district. Being near the Shaktinagar Thermal Power Station means there is always something happening around here. It’s a dusty area, but that comes with the territory of being near a power plant. Our team does technical services, mostly helping out with maintenance and repairs that need doing. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work for the area. We have a small shop where we keep our tools and parts. Most of the time, we are actually out at different sites rather than sitting in an office. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign. People in Shakti Nagar know where we are if they need us. It’s a rugged kind of life working in Sonbhadra, and we’ve gotten used to the heat and the long days. We are just local people working for other local businesses. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a machine is broken, we try to fix it. If something needs installing, we do that. It’s pretty basic stuff but it takes a lot of effort. We’ve been here for years and plan to stay.
