Vestal Rubber Products

Vestal Rubber Products is based at No. B-20 in the Anandi Industrial Estate over in Bhayander. We’ve been in this specific unit for several years now. The space is mostly filled with our presses and the raw materials we use for our rubber goods. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there's always something going on next door or in the lane outside. We make all sorts of rubber items, from small seals to larger gaskets, depending on what the customers ask for in their orders. The work can be pretty repetitive, but we make sure to check every batch before it goes into the shipping boxes at the end of the day. We don't have a sales team that goes out to find new clients. Usually, the phone rings because someone heard about us from another factory owner in the estate. We like to keep things straightforward here. No fancy talk, no glossy catalogs. We just show people what we’ve made and let the products speak for themselves. The summer heat can be tough inside the factory with the machines running, but we’ve got enough fans to keep the air moving. It’s a small team of us, and we all know how to run the equipment. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the material is the correct grade for the job. It’s just regular work for regular people, and we’re happy with that arrangement.
