We are located at Shop No.2 in Santosh Niwa, which is over in Bhayandar East. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from the Congress Office. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. Our shop is part of a residential building, so we try to keep things relatively quiet so we don't bother the people living upstairs. It’s a small space, but we’ve organized it to fit everything we need for the rubber products we handle. We spend a lot of time sorting through stock and talking to people who drop in. The area is quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure everything stays on track. Sometimes the sidewalk outside gets blocked with deliveries, and we have to move things quickly to keep the path clear. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve become a familiar face to the people in Bhayandar. We don't really do anything special for marketing; we just rely on people seeing us when they go to the office across the street. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the products we have and don't worry too much about the rest. The shop has a bit of a lived-in feel, with old calendars on the wall and a desk that’s seen better days, but it’s home to us.
