Ocl India Ltd is located out in Kula Panchuria. We fall under the Salboni police station area in Paschim Midnapur. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the main operations happen. We deal heavily with cement production and related industrial work. The site is quite large and there's always something going on, whether it's machines running or trucks lined up at the gate. It gets pretty dusty and loud, which is just part of the job when you're in this industry. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages, so it feels like a local effort even though we are a larger company. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on getting the product out. There’s a lot of heat and heavy lifting involved in a place like this. We have a simple office on-site where we handle the paperwork, but most of the action is out on the floor. Salboni is a rugged area, and our facility reflects that. We just show up, do the shift, and make sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s essential for all the construction going on in the state. We’ve been a fixture in this part of Midnapur for years and we just keep on grinding away every single day.
