Donee International Kharagpur

Donee International Kharagpur is located at Plot No 85I in the Hijli Co Operative Society. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, but we run our business out of this specific spot. Kharagpur is a place we’ve known forever, so it feels right to be here. We handle different kinds of goods and international shipments. The office is really just a couple of rooms with some desks and a lot of folders stacked on the floor. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see where things are moving. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of people. Just a small group of us making sure everything gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait around for it to come back, which can be frustrating when you have work to do. We have a small storage area in the back for samples and smaller items that need to be checked. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for focusing on the details. We don't have any flashy billboards or anything like that. People who need us usually find us through people they know or old business cards. We like keeping things low-key. The main desk is always messy with notes and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. It’s a decent way to work, and being in the cooperative society makes it feel more like a community than just a cold office park.
