Shree Yamuna Poly-films

We are based at G-815/a near the Kishan Gate. It’s part of the GIDC in Lodhika, right off Kalawad Road. If you know the area, you know it is mostly industrial sheds and small plants. We’ve been here at Shree Yamuna Poly-films for quite a few years. The workshop is usually humming with the sound of the machines. It can get pretty loud, so we have to talk over the noise. It’s not a glamorous job, working with poly-films, but it keeps us moving. We spend a lot of time watching the rolls and making sure nothing gets stuck. The gate area can get busy with trucks coming in and out of the GIDC. Kalawad Road is always packed, so getting to work takes some time depending on when you leave. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the production steady. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff about us. It's just us at the factory. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing them, which is frustrating but part of the deal. We keep our coffee mugs on the side table and just push through the day. It’s honest work and we’re glad to have the space here at G-815/a. It’s not much to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
