Rv Events

We operate Rv Events out of our space in Rathi Appartment, right across from the Power House Quarters here in Mehsana. It’s a pretty central spot, which helps when we have to move equipment around town. We’ve been at this for a while, mostly handling local stuff like small weddings, family gatherings, and the occasional office party. The office is usually a bit of a mess with cables, sketches of stage designs, and folders full of vendor contacts. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to coordinate between decorators and the people hosting the event. Mehsana is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, so we have to be careful with our reputation. We aren't some big corporate firm from a metro city. We are just local people who know how to put a party together without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we stay up late at a venue making sure the flower arrangements are exactly where they need to be or checking if the sound system is working right. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving crates and setting up backdrops. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who saw us working at another event and liked that we just got on with the job. You can usually find us at the apartment office during the week, unless we are out at a site checking on things. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us moving and involved.
