Jay Prabhu Agro Industries

We are Jay Prabhu Agro Industries, located at Plot No. 22 in the Ranasan GIDC area. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of businesses. Our plot is right on one of the main internal roads. We deal with agro-processing, so there’s always a lot of raw material coming in. The warehouse is usually full of sacks piled high. We have a small team of about five people. We’ve been in this location for several years now. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it serves our purpose. We don't have a dedicated receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find me or one of the guys near the loading dock. We spend a lot of our day coordinating with transporters. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the peak months. We don't use any fancy software, just some basic ledgers and a computer for the invoices. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the GIDC, which stalls our machines for an hour or two. We just sit outside and wait it out when that happens. It’s a straightforward business. We provide what the customers ask for and try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do our job right every day. The environment is loud and busy, but we've gotten used to it over time.
