Prusti Printers

It’s been a few years since we set up here at Plot No 63 in the Dediyasan Industrial Estate. Prusti Printers is just a regular place where we get the ink on the paper and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot over the industrial area. We spend a lot of time checking the stacks of paper and making sure the colors aren't looking weird. It is a bit noisy when everything is going at once, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our spot in Dediyasan isn't fancy, just a practical space where we can move boxes around and have enough room for the offset presses. Sometimes the humidity makes the paper curl a bit, so we have to watch out for that and adjust the machines. People from around the estate drop by to ask about labels or some simple forms they need for their own shops. We usually have some tea around eleven and talk about what needs to be delivered by the evening. It is just about getting the work done and making sure the text is readable. We don't have a big office or anything, just some desks tucked away near the back where the noise is a bit less. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy reams and cleaning the rollers, but it keeps us busy throughout the day.
