Vasu Traders

Our place, Vasu Traders, is located at 90/2 in Hafizabad Mevla. It’s right on Delhi Road, which means there’s constant movement outside almost twenty-four hours a day. You can hear the trucks and cars passing by while we work. It’s a good spot for a trading business because everyone uses this road to get to the city or head out of it. The building itself is quite plain and doesn't stand out much. We use it mostly for storing our stock and handling the day-to-day paperwork that comes with trading. It isn't a place where we put on a big show for anyone. We just handle the goods and make sure things get to where they need to go on time. The area of Hafizabad Mevla has changed quite a bit over the years, but our corner stays mostly the same. Inside, it’s mostly metal shelves and stacks of cardboard boxes. It smells like paper and dust sometimes. We don't have a lot of staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, like loading, unloading, and checking the inventory lists. It’s physical work, and it keeps us busy from the morning until the sun goes down. Sometimes the Delhi Road traffic makes it hard for the bigger delivery trucks to pull in, but we usually manage to figure it out. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the road and the noise. It’s a practical location for what we do every day.
