As an OPC, it’s a smaller setup, which suits us just fine. We are all about the cafe life and tea, so the office usually has a kettle running somewhere. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture. Most of our stuff is secondhand or just basic things that work. We spend our time talking to dairy suppliers and tea leaf vendors. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes we get behind on the filing, but we catch up eventually. Working here in Sainik Vihar feels right because it’s a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest cafe company out there. We just want to run our little operation and keep the quality where it needs to be.
