Shiv Confectioners

Shiv Confectioners is a small place located on G P Block Road in Ganga Nagar. We’ve been here in this neighborhood for a good while. It’s a simple shop where we handle a variety of sweets and snacks. The kitchen area takes up most of the space because that’s where all the actual work happens. It’s usually pretty busy, especially around the holidays when everyone is looking for something specific. We don't have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The street outside is usually full of people walking by or kids playing. It gives the place a bit of life. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure everything is ready for the day. Sometimes we run out of things faster than we expected, and we just have to scramble to make more. It’s just how it goes. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The counters are a bit worn, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a working shop. We care about the people who come in because they are our neighbors. We try to be fair and keep things moving. It’s a modest business, but it’s ours. We just show up every morning and do our thing on G P Block Road. We aren't doing anything special, just making what people like to eat every day.
