We've been at No. 50 Mohkampur Industrial Complex Phase-2 for a while now. It's a busy spot. The machines run most of the day and there's usually some noise coming from the shop floor. Vedsons Industries India isn't a huge place, but we keep busy with the work that comes in. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we know our way around the equipment. It gets hot in the summer, but that's just how it is in the industrial area. We spend a lot of time checking parts and making sure things are put together right before they head out the door. Some days are faster than others. When a big order comes in, everyone stays late to get it sorted. We aren't really fancy people. We wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. The office is small and usually has a stack of papers on the desk that needs filing. We try to keep things organized, but when the floor is busy, the paperwork waits. People around here know where to find us. We've got our routine down. It’s mostly just about getting the job done and making sure the stuff we make is solid. If you walk past, you’ll probably see one of the trucks loading up or someone taking a quick tea break near the entrance. It's a practical setup. We just do the work and try to go home on time.
