Rishabh Academy

Rishabh Academy sits on Mandir Marg at 215-A West End Road. It’s a central enough spot, and we get quite a bit of foot traffic coming past the front door. The building is nothing too special to look at, just a solid place where we get our work done. Most of the rooms are filled with desks and whiteboards that have seen a lot of use over the seasons. We open up the shutters early in the morning to let some air in before the students show up. There’s a lot of paper work involved in running the academy, so you’ll usually find one of us buried under a pile of forms or schedules at the front desk. We don’t use any high-tech systems for everything, a lot is still written down in big ledgers. The noise from West End Road is pretty constant, with horns and people shouting, but we mostly tune it out. We spend the afternoon prepping for the next day's sessions. It’s a lot of manual work, moving chairs around or fixing a leaky tap in the washroom. We aren't looking to impress anyone with fancy decor; we just keep the place functional. Some of the staff have been here for a decade, and we know the tea stall guy down the road by name. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the daily grind.
