You can find us on Delhi Road. Dayal Fertilizers has been a fixture here for a good amount of time. The road gets pretty busy with traffic, but our gates are usually open for the trucks coming in to load up. We deal with fertilizers and agricultural supplies, so the warehouse usually has that distinct earthy smell that comes with the job. It isn’t a glamorous business, but it’s what we do. We have a small team here who handles everything from the paperwork in the front to the heavy lifting in the back. There’s always something to move or a stack of bags to count. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations or worrying about how the office looks. Most of our day is spent talking to the drivers or checking the stock levels to make sure we don’t run out of what people need. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains and we have to be careful about the moisture in the warehouse, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s a simple operation really. We show up in the morning, see what needs to go out, and get it done. The office is just a couple of desks and a phone that rings quite a bit. We prefer it this way.
