National Institute Of Design & Development (Nidd)

Our place is on the second floor of the Neelkamal Building. You can find us right at Eves Crossing on Shivaji Marg here in Meerut. People around here just call us Nidd, which is short for the National Institute Of Design & Development. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. It’s not one of those fancy modern offices with glass walls everywhere. It’s just a regular building with stairs that might make you huff a bit if you aren’t used to them. We have a few rooms where we teach design and development stuff. The traffic outside at the crossing can be a real headache during rush hour, but it’s a central spot so it’s easy for students to get to us from different parts of the city. We don't spend much on decorations or big signs. We mostly just focus on the classes and making sure everyone has a desk to work at. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how things go in Meerut. We are just a small group of people who enjoy what we do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. If you walk up to the second floor, you’ll see our door. It’s usually open during the day. We like to keep things simple and practical. Nothing too complicated or corporate about how we run things here at Neelkamal.
