Our shop is No. 4/1, right there at Delhi Gate near Ghantaghar. If you know that area, you know it is one of the busiest parts of the city. The clock tower stands right there, and the sound of the market is constant from morning until the shutters go down at night. We operate out of a small, cramped space that is packed with ledgers and samples. It’s not a place for someone who likes a lot of personal space. We are always moving bags and checking orders while the rickshaws and bikes squeeze past outside. The dust from the street and the goods we handle is just part of the daily life here. We’ve been at this Ghantaghar location for a long time, and we’ve seen the streets get more and more crowded over the years. It’s a lot of work just managing the logistics in such a tight area, but we managed to figure it out. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; we just sell what we have and make sure the customers get their stuff. The tea stalls nearby keep us going throughout the day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in the heart of the old city. We don't have any corporate polish, just hard work and a lot of patience with the traffic. Some days the noise is a bit too much, but you get used to the rhythm of the place.
