Over on Garh Road in Meerut, you’ll find us tucked away near the Tejgarhi area, right by Tyagi Market. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot since we started. Munchys is just a straightforward place. We don't have a big fancy office or a board of directors. It’s just us working behind the counter and in the small kitchen area. Every morning involves a lot of chopping and cleaning before we open the shutters. The market can get quite packed, so we have to stay on our toes. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the street gets blocked, but that’s just life in Meerut. We know most of the shopkeepers around here and they drop in for a quick bite or some tea. It feels more like a community than just a business. We try to keep the prices fair because we know folks are working hard for their money. Our furniture is basic and the walls might need a fresh coat of paint soon, but it’s a functional space. We don't use any complicated recipes or expensive equipment. We just do things the old-fashioned way, focusing on getting the orders out and making sure people aren't waiting too long in the heat. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy enough.
