Manorma Industries

Over at Plot No. 7/8 in Indira Nagar, you'll find Manorma Industries. We are right near the Shiv Mandir, so you can usually hear the temple bells if it’s quiet enough in the shop. This area has changed a lot since we first set up, but we’re still here doing the same kind of work. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always trucks coming and going. The building itself is older, and we’ve had to patch up the walls a few times. Inside, it’s mostly just the sounds of production and people moving things around. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and find whoever is available. We handle the manufacturing side of things, and it keeps us busy from early morning until late evening. Sometimes the neighbors come by if they need help with something mechanical. Being near the temple gives the place a bit of a calm feel even when we’re rushed. We’ve had some of the same workers since the beginning, and we’ve all grown older together here. There's always a pile of scrap somewhere that we need to clear out. We don’t put much effort into how the place looks from the outside as long as the work inside is getting done right. It's just a regular local industry trying to keep things moving. We have an old dog that hangs around the gate; he doesn't do much but sleep in the shade. The lunch breaks are usually spent sitting on some crates outside. We don't use much technology here, just an old computer that takes forever to start.
