My name is Manju Goyal and I spend my days working out of Room 3 at the Kutchery in Meerut. It’s located right inside the Collectorate Compound, which is a place that’s always buzzing with activity. If you’ve ever been there, you know it can be a bit overwhelming with the crowds and all the different offices, but I’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to me. I handle various types of administrative and legal paperwork that people need help with. My office isn't much to look at, just a small room with the essentials like a desk, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that never seem to get smaller. It’s a very practical space where the focus is on getting things done. I don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment. It’s just me and the work. People usually find me because they’re already at the Collectorate for some other reason and someone points them toward Room 3. I start my work pretty early in the morning because that is when the building is a little quieter before the main rush starts. I’ve met all sorts of people over the years, from local farmers to city businessmen, and I treat everyone the same. I don't use any marketing or big signs to get attention. My reputation is just built on being here every day and doing what I’m supposed to do. It’s a busy life, but it’s what I know.
