Babli Khan Sama

Our place is located at House Number 375 on the Bye Paas Road. We are specifically in the Nangla Tashi area of Kankar Khera, right here in Meerut Cantt. It is a family thing, mostly just working as a sama and handling whatever orders come our way. The house is easy enough to find if you are coming down Sardhna Road. We don't have a big sign or anything like that, just a regular house where we do our work. People around Meerut know us from word of mouth mostly. We spend a lot of time getting things ready for events or just small gatherings. It gets busy during the wedding season, of course. My father and brothers are involved too. We've stayed in this part of Meerut for a long time. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks going by on the bypass. We just stay inside and focus on the cooking. It is a lot of hard work standing over the heat all day but it is what we do. We don't really do much advertising or anything. Usually, someone calls and we figure out what they need. We just keep it simple and stay busy with the local community here in Kankar Khera. It’s a quiet life when there aren’t big orders to finish. We make sure the kitchen is ready every single morning.
