Iq Shoppers Club

Iq Shoppers Club is situated in the Honey Heights building in Mangal Pandey Nagar. We are up on the 4th floor, at No. 265/1. It is a decent enough building to work in, though the parking area downstairs can get very crowded during the middle of the day. We are not like a traditional retail store where you just walk in and take items off a shelf. It is more of a club arrangement where we handle things for our members. The office is usually quite busy with people checking on their orders or coming in to ask questions about how the membership works. We have a few simple desks and some computers set up in the main room. We haven't spent much time on making the place look fancy. We have been in Mangal Pandey Nagar for a while now and we really like the vibe of this neighborhood. Sometimes the 4th floor gets a little warm in the summer when the sun is hitting the windows, but we just keep the fans running. We don't really have a sales team or anyone like that. Most of the people working here are just focused on keeping the paperwork organized and helping the people who come through the door. It is a practical way for people to shop and we see a lot of the same faces every single week. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
