Innogical Innovation is located at 336/1 Om Nagar in the Kanker Khera area of Meerut Cantt. It is a regular house that we have converted into an office space. We have been here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. Being in the cantonment area means things are generally quite orderly outside. Inside, our office is a bit more cluttered. We have computers, some electronic parts, and stacks of papers on the tables. We are a small group of people who just enjoy building things and solving technical problems. We don't have any fancy titles or a big management structure. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. We don't have a polished website or a big advertising budget. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and discussing our projects. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem and we all sit around trying to figure it out together. It’s a very informal environment. We don't care about looking like a big corporation. We just want to do work that is useful and keep our small business running in Meerut. It’s a comfortable place to be, and we like the feeling of working in a real neighborhood rather than a sterile office park.
