You can find us over at C-1 in the Ganga Tawer Complex. We've been in Ganga Nagar for a bit now, mostly fixing laptops and untangling messy office wires. Computer Hardware And Networking Services is a long name for a small shop filled with screwdrivers and spare parts. Most of our day is spent staring at motherboards or trying to figure out why a router isn't talking to the internet. It’s quiet work until someone brings in a PC that’s making a loud grinding noise. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a workshop where there are half-taken-apart towers on every table. The air conditioning in the complex helps, otherwise, the dust and heat would probably kill the machines. We deal with regular people from the neighborhood and some of the smaller offices nearby that can't get their printers to work. It’s frustrating sometimes when a part takes a week to arrive, but that’s just how the supply chain goes. We aren't geniuses, we just have the patience to plug things in and out until they work again. If you walk into the shop, you'll probably see one of us hunched over a keyboard or crawling under a desk to reach a wall socket. It's just a regular job for us, keeping the tech running so people can get back to their own work. We usually have some spare cables lying around if anyone is in a real pinch.
