Durga General Store & Beauty Center

Down in Gali No-5 on Nagla Road, you will find our place. It is a bit of a double setup since we run Durga General Store and the Beauty Center together. We are located in the Ram Nagar area of Kanker Khera, not far from Satish Chowk in Meerut. It is a handy arrangement for the locals because you can pick up your daily groceries and get your hair done in the same trip. We carry the usual household items like soap, snacks, and milk on one side, and then we have the beauty chairs on the other. It gets pretty lively with people coming and going for different things. We have been here in this lane for quite some time. The shop is tucked away a bit, but everyone around here knows where it is. We are not a big chain or anything; it is just a family-run kind of thing. We work long hours from the morning until late in the evening. Sometimes it is a bit messy with boxes of stock arriving, but we manage to keep it going. You get to hear all the local news sitting here. We like the connection we have with the neighbors. It is a simple life, selling goods and helping people look a little better. We just keep things moving and try to be useful to the folks on Nagla Road every day.
