Anand Tissues Ltd.

Our place is out on the Meerut-Mawana Road, right near Village Fitkari. It’s about 16 kilometers out, so it’s a bit of a drive every morning. We deal with tissues and paper products. It’s a lot of big rolls of paper and machines that never seem to stop humming. The air in the factory always has that slight paper dust smell. We aren't some giant city corporation; we are just a bunch of people from the nearby villages and town working together. Most of our day is spent watching the machines and making sure the cutting is straight. When things break down, we fix them ourselves mostly. It’s practical work. We don't have fancy lunchrooms or lounge areas. We usually just sit outside or in the corner of the warehouse when we take a break. The road outside is always busy with trucks, which helps when we need to ship stuff out to customers. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and everyone around Fitkari knows we are the paper people. We just try to make enough product to keep the orders filled without any unnecessary fuss. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, run the machines, pack the boxes, and go home. There’s no mystery to it, just a lot of paper moving around every single day of the week.
