We operate from a pretty simple setup. There’s always bags of stuff being moved around and people coming by to ask about their crops. We try to help out with the soil quality and whatever else the plants need to grow better. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work every day. My cousin helps with the records, and Bhubuti keeps an eye on the daily operations. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most people know us because they live nearby or heard about us from another farmer in the village. It can get quite dusty in the summer and muddy when the monsoons hit Nepura, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep focusing on the nutrients and the biological side of farming because that's what makes the difference for the harvest. It’s a quiet life here in Midnapore, but we stay busy enough with the business. We are just a local team doing our part in the agricultural sector. We’ve been here for a few years now and just keep doing what we do.
