So, we’re located over in Sukantapally, right on Malancha Road in Kharagpur. The office is at Ward No-11, at Mr. Chakradhar Das’s place. Nabeen Kishan Bio Technologies is basically our attempt to bring some of the newer farming ideas to the local area. We aren't scientists in white coats or anything like that. We’re mostly just folks who grew up around farms and wanted to see if we could make things work a bit better. It’s a busy neighborhood, Nimpura, and there’s always something going on outside. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some charts on the wall, and a lot of samples scattered around. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields talking to people rather than sitting behind a computer. It can be tiring, especially when the sun is beating down, but it’s better than being stuck inside all day. We started this because we saw a lot of farmers struggling with their crops. We don't claim to have all the answers, but we try to help where we can with the bio-tech side of things. It’s a small team, just a handful of us who care about how food is grown. We're just regular people trying to make a living and help our community out in Midnapore. It takes a lot of patience to see results, but we’re used to the slow pace of agricultural life and the hard work.
