Globei Agro Tech Private Limited

Our office is located in Barsahara at a place called Boksh Vila. It’s a small village in the Paschim Medinipur district. Even though our name says Globei Agro Tech, we are very much a local operation based in a rural setting. Boksh Vila is easy to find if you are from around here, but it might take a bit of asking around if you are new. The Midnapore area has a long history of farming, and we are just adding a bit of technology into the mix from our office here. The building is a simple one, with a few rooms where we keep our computers and documents. It’s a quiet place to work, surrounded by trees and the occasional sounds of village life. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a handful of us who live and work in the area. We spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to find better ways to do things in the fields. The weather can be quite hot in the summer, so we have a few fans going all day long. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get the job done eventually. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we need. We are more interested in the practical side of agriculture than in making things look fancy. Being in Barsahara gives us a good perspective on what local farmers actually need and how we can help them out. The walls have a few cracks here and there, but the building is solid enough for our needs. We try to stay organized, even when the peak season gets a bit messy.
