Toper Agro Care is located in Moyna, specifically in the Narkeldaha area of East Midnapore. We’re based out of Uttam Mal’s place. We do a mix of things here, focusing on agro care and some of the more technical biotech side of farming, but we keep it grounded. This isn’t a laboratory with white coats; it’s more like a workshop where we try to figure out what helps the crops grow better in our specific soil. Being in East Midnapore, we see a lot of different farming challenges, and we wanted to provide something that actually works for the local people. We spend a lot of time visiting fields and talking to the people who are actually out there in the sun every day. Our office is usually full of samples and notes about different plant treatments. We aren't big on flashy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or by stopping by the office in Moyna. It’s a small team of us. We do the work ourselves, from the paperwork to the actual testing of products. It’s a bit of a messy job sometimes, but it’s interesting. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know the land and the people well. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s just a regular local business trying to make the farming life a bit more predictable for everyone involved in the work.
