Our place is in Teliberia village and Mantu Dalui is the one who looks after the daily operations. We are tucked away near Jhamtia under the Joypur police station. As an agro company, we spend most of our time thinking about land, seeds, and the local harvest. Teliberia is a small place so everyone knows what is going on. We started this business to handle the more formal side of farming in this part of the district. Our office is not a shiny place with air conditioning or fancy lights. It is just a practical spot where we can get the work done without distractions. We deal with people we have known our whole lives. That is just how things work in rural areas like ours. The work is steady but it changes quite a bit with the seasons. We have to keep track of a lot of moving parts every day. Mantu is usually around if anyone needs to talk about the business or a delivery. We do not use big words or fancy presentations. We just look at the crops and the orders in front of us. Some days we are just waiting for the rain or for a truck to arrive. It is a simple life but the work feels important to us. We try to keep the business running without making too much of a fuss. Most of our time is spent on the logistics of moving agro products.
