Permacon Agritech Private Limited

We work out of Flat No-601 in the N-Block of Rainbow Vistas. It’s a big apartment complex in Moosapet, so it doesn't really feel like a traditional office. Permacon Agritech Private Limited is basically just a few of us in a room with some computers and a lot of ideas about farming tech. Being in Medchal Malkajgiri gives us a good reach into the areas where the actual farming happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at data on our screens. It’s a quiet environment, which is nice when you need to focus. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, but that’s just how it is living and working in a high-rise. We aren't a massive corporation with a fancy lobby and a receptionist. If you ring the bell, one of us just opens the door. We started this because we wanted to see if we could make a difference in how crops are managed using some of the newer tech tools available. It’s been a lot of learning as we go. Some things work and some things don’t, but we keep trying. The kitchen in the flat is where we take our breaks and talk about what to do next. It’s a very informal way to run a business, but it suits us just fine. We like the flexibility of being in a space that feels like home.
