We’re located in Miyapur at Flat No 503 in the Tathva Pride building. It sits right in Matrusri Nagar, specifically across plots 809 and 910. Varient Soft Solutions Private Limited is basically just a group of us who worked in big companies before and decided we wanted something a bit more low-key and manageable. The office is on the fifth floor, so we get a decent view of the neighborhood, even if it’s mostly just rooftops and new construction projects. It’s a pretty basic setup inside. We have our workstations lined up, and the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notes taped up. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather spend it on better hardware or faster internet. Our day-to-day is pretty routine. We come in, check the emails, and get to work on whatever software tasks are pending for the week. There’s no middle management here to hover over us, so we just manage ourselves and our own time. We’ve had some tough weeks where nothing seems to go right, but that’s just the nature of this business. We don't pretend to be the biggest or the most innovative team in the city. We’re just a bunch of tech-minded people trying to provide a reliable service to anyone who needs it. If you’re walking around Matrusri Nagar, you might see us heading out for tea or snacks in the late afternoons when we need a break.
