Telugu Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at Door Number 56/15701 in Balaji Nagar. We are exactly what the name says—a company for farmers. It started because a bunch of us realized we could do more if we worked together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. Our office in Balaji Nagar is where we all meet up to talk about prices, crops, and whatever else is on our minds. It’s not a fancy corporate office. Usually, there are a few bags of grain in the corner and plenty of footprints on the floor. That’s just the reality of what we do. We don't have any marketing people or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. We are just farmers and people who support farming. The desk in the front is usually piled high with receipts and notebooks. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the fields. When we are at the office, it’s mostly to get the paperwork done so we can get back to the real work. We don't use any fancy language or complicated business strategies. We just want to get a fair price for what we grow and make sure our families are taken care of. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but it’s what we know. We aren't here to be famous, just to get the job done right.
