Techno Shine It Solutions Private Limited is based out of Block No.18/1 in the Jnunrm Colony. This is in the Mallapur and Nacharam area, near Uppal. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that kind of energy. We aren't in a shiny skyscraper; we are right there in the colony with everyone else. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our servers, our workstations, and a lot of coffee mugs scattered around. We do a mix of IT work and software development. It’s not always glamorous, and there are days when things get pretty stressful, but we like the challenge. The people around here are mostly working-class, and we fit right in with that vibe. We don't put on airs or try to act like we are something we're not. We are just a group of tech-minded people who set up shop in Uppal because it made sense. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going and we keep at it. People know us as the tech guys in the block. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big signs. Most of our work comes from people who know what we can do. It’s a plain, honest way to run a tech company, and we plan on staying in Mallapur for the foreseeable future. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but it keeps us feeling like we are part of the real world. We just try to get things done right.
