If you're near Bachpan School in Boduppal, you're pretty close to where we work. Star4Rall It Solutions Private Limited is located at No5-3/25/101/S in Rajalingam Colony Phase-1. It's a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly calm during the day, aside from when the school lets out. We like being tucked away like this. It keeps our overhead low and lets us focus on the IT tasks at hand. The office isn't very large, but we've managed to fit everything we need into the space. We’ve got our servers in the corner and a few desks lined up against the walls. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm. We don't really care much for fancy titles or corporate hierarchy. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just jumps on it. We deal with software and hardware issues every day. Sometimes we have to explain things twice to make sure everyone is on the same page. We just want to do a good job and go home to our families. It’s a simple life here in Boduppal, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We aren't looking for anything flashy, just a solid day of work.
