We are set up over in Nagole, right on Road No. 1 in Sai Ram Nagar. The address is 2-3-116/9A. It is a busy part of the Uppal area, so there is always a lot of noise outside. We focus on the science side of agriculture. That means we look closely at seeds, soil health, and how things actually grow in this climate. It might sound complicated, but mostly it is just a lot of careful observation and testing. We have a small lab setup where we look at different samples brought in from the fields. Sometimes things do not grow the way anyone expected, and that is when the real work begins for us. We are technically a private limited company, but we feel more like a small team of local enthusiasts. We are not in some glass skyscraper; we are just in a regular building among the local shops and houses. People from the nearby farms sometimes stop by to ask why their leaves are turning yellow or what they should plant for the next season to get a better result. We do our best to help them out with some practical advice. There is a lot of reading involved, keeping up with what is happening in the world of agro-science. We try to translate all the big scientific words into something a local farmer can actually use on their land. We have piles of notebooks and soil jars sitting everywhere. It is a bit messy, but it works.
