Spearsoft Techno Solutions Private Limited is located on the third floor of Sri Jaahnavi Plaza at Plot No. 2, Flat No. 301. We are right here in Miyapur, which is a busy area but we like the energy. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a workout if you do it a few times a day. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a whiteboard that never gets fully erased, and a water cooler that always seems to run out at the wrong time. We work on a lot of different tech projects for various people. Some days are really busy with phones ringing and people talking over each other, and other days it’s so quiet you can hear the clock ticking. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business. If someone is having a bad day, we usually just get them a tea and keep going. The building itself is okay, though the parking downstairs can be a real headache during peak hours. We’ve learned to just deal with it. It’s a practical place for us to keep our equipment and get things done. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything we build actually works. There is an old sofa in the corner where we sit when we need to think.
