Our business, Smartdesc It Solutions Private Limited, is located at Plot No. 73 in the Nelsri Enclave, which is part of Adarsh Avenue in Nizampet. We are in Flat No. 301, which is on the third floor of the building. Being near Chaithanya means there is always a bit of a crowd and plenty of activity around us. Nizampet is a busy place, and getting in and out can sometimes be a real headache because of the traffic. But once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter and we can actually get some work done. We are a small team and our office is just a regular apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make our tea and a main room where all the computers are set up. We spend our days dealing with IT support and other technical tasks. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy sales pitches. If someone needs help with their systems, they find us and we see what we can do to fix it. We just keep things simple and honest. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we have a good rhythm going. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood, and that suits us just fine.
