We are located in Renuka Nagar, which is part of the Balkampet area in Hyderabad. Our house number is 7-1-276/B/29/A. It’s a local neighborhood, and we like it that way. Seshasri Agro Estates Private Limited is run by a few of us who have a background in land and farming. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. It’s more of a home-grown operation. People from the area know us, and we often have folks dropping by just to chat about the latest in agriculture. We handle different estates and try to make sure everything is running as it should. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to people out on the land. Balkampet is a busy place with the temple nearby, so there’s always energy around us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do right by the land we manage. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or the market prices fluctuate, but that’s just part of the job. We take the good days with the bad. Most of our time is spent making sure the details are right. We aren't corporate types in suits. We are just regular people who know a bit about agro estates and want to keep things moving forward. It’s our daily life and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now. We just like keeping things simple and local here.
